Introducing the world's first energy storage equipped induction range.  Many cooks—both those who cook for their families and professional chefs—are now doing something they said they would never do:  they are trading in their gas stove for something all-electric.  Why?Because these new induction stoves are cleaner, much safer, much more efficient and yes—more responsive than gas.  There is a problem though—many homes are not wired for the 240 volts required for an electric range, and rewiring can be very expensive.  And then—just last year—along came Copper.
